Wooden housing complex of the Fondo Social Housing Trentino, promoted by the Autonomous Province, which comprises 21 apartments with different floor spaces, from one to three rooms, subdivided into two bodies and distributed over four floors above ground (design and construction by the Consorzio Lavoro Ambiente [Environmental Works Consortium]). The complex, realized with Essepi Ventura Evo 7 windows and doors and X-Lam Essepi XXL panels, meets the most advanced levels of seismic safety and fire resistance with light and ecosustainable materials. The residences thus fall under energy class A. The construction carries LEED and ARCA certifications.
